Breakfast is included in the room charge. Dinner and Lunch cost 100 yuan per person. A meal includes various local food. The healthy and fresh ingredients are originated from the farmers’ gardens and farms 5km nearby, some of which are directly from the plants grown in the forests. Our cooks are native Tujia people. Their cuisine carrie the taste of their childhood home.Different kinds of wines, drinks and coffee are provided in Lunar Bar andthe Hanging Orchard.Afternoon tea is served regularly.
We provide mountain bikes for free rental service. You can ride on the mountain road to the nearby Zhonghu town and Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. In the valley, there are three different hiking routes to the bottom and top of the mountain. Different routes respectively go through forest, terrace, bamboo forest, and brook. You can discover treasure anywhere in the forests all year round, such as the refreshing and flourishing herbs, wild mushrooms and bamboo shoots or white cranes resting in the fields. There are wide pavilions and platforms set on the terrace path,so you could take beautiful pictures, meditate or have a pleasant picnic with your family in the fields filled with the fragrance ofrice.

Under the blazing sun, jump into the cool pool and have a water gun war! We have two swimming pools, the infinite pool is on the big balcony of the Hanging Orchard, where you could enjoy the overall view of the valley and the romantic atmosphere when watching sunset and rainbow. The other one, which is located beside Lunar Bar, is very suitable for family time.
Tujia people are well-known for their hospitality since ancient times. Visiting the Tujia stockade, the guests usually drink one or two cups at least to express their respect to the hosts. In the BBQ party every Saturday,we provide everything that a perfect party has: tasty barbecue, exquisite buffet, blazing bonfires and fascinating music—of course, also the unique Tujia sweet wine which is brewed by sticky rice and sorghum. Zhangjiajie National Forest Park is a Chinese 5A rating national park, the filming location for Hallelujah Mountain in Avatar, with an area of 4810 hectares. The National Forest Park’s ecosystem, which contains a great variety of wildlife, used to be a world of sea 400 million years ago, so it has special landform.
